Welcome to the hidden gem of Chinatown - a Japanese speakeasy bar, nestled behind a discreet record shelf in a busy sushi restaurant. This exclusive and private space offers a world of elegance, sophistication and entertainment for up to 50 guests.

As you enter the speakeasy, you'll be transported to unique asian rock and roll themed bar - the dark brick walls are adorned with modern pop and music inspired artwork and three majestic dragons from closed neighborhood dim sum restaurants stand tall and proud guarding the space. The ambiance is intimate and mysterious, making it the perfect place for a private event.

The bar, with its array of premium spirits and rare Japanese whiskeys, sits in the center of the room and is staffed by expert bartender who can create the perfect drink to match your taste. The private room can be customized for your event - from a sit-down dinner (25) to a lively karaoke party, Dj and dancing or screening on a 4k 200 inch screen.

The health and well-being of our guests, staffs, family, and friends are our number one priority. We are confident in bringing you a safe dining experience with our Outdoor Dining & 25% Indoor Capacity.

REQUIREMENTS FOR INDOOR DINING

In Order to keep every healthy while having enjoyable dining experience, we have implemented new safety procedures and ask our valued guests to cooperate with our safety guidelines:

  • 25 percent occupancy limit (exclude employees)

  • Temperature checks will be required at the front door for all customers (greater than 100F will not be permitted to enter)

  • One member of each party will be required to provide contact information for tracing if needed

  • No bar service - bars will only be used as a source of making drinks and serving them tableside

  • Masks must be worn at all times when not seated at a table

  • All of our employees are wearing face covering and PPE at all times

  • Tables are 6 feet apart or have a 6 ft barrier

  • Shinsen will operate with enhanced air filtration, ventilation and purification standards

  • Shinsenu provides contactless ordering and delivery options. Guests can choose to order from the phone for indoor, outdoor, pickup & delivery

  • 10 people maximum per table
